Two-storey, old, stone house located in the picturesque village Fres, at the foot of the White Mountains and at an altitude of 220 m. The village of Fres is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. Fres has taverns, kafenions and shops.

On the ground floor of the residence, upon entering we find a large kitchen. An arch houses the old wood-burning stove and probably used to be the storeroom in the past. To the right and left of the kitchen there are 2 rooms. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor of the house. The existing layout includes one bedroom and a large living room with access to a terrace overlooking the imposing White Mountains.

Very nice yard, which protects your privacy. There is also a small storage room in the yard.

Although the house is old and apparently deserted in recent years, it is in good condition. It needs another design and with some small interventions it could be transformed into a very beautiful residence, in a traditional Cretan village.

Fres is in the heart of the greenery and the highlight is a source of gurgling water among beautiful plane trees.

The long, sandy beach of Georgioupolis is approx. 10 km and the little bay of Omprosgialos with the crystal, clear turquoise water is approx. 11 km.

The Venetian Old Town of Hania is 30 km.
