Sea side, small hotel in Sougia, approx. 70 km south west of Hania.

 Sougia has managed to remain unaffected by the growth of tourism in Crete. Crystal, clear water, long beach, excellent places to eat, to have fun and enjoy holidays. The village has appealed to visitors from northern Europe since the early 1970s.

The hotel is build in two floors. Has total 8 rooms and can accommodate 21 persons. Different rooms with single bed, double and 3 beds. All rooms have air condition, refrigerator and private bathroom with shower.

There is an unfinished, concrete building of 169 m2. The main building is 430 m2 plus 369 m2 basement and auxiliary spaces. Central heating, radiators have been placed. 3 new solar panels.

There is 127 m2 additional building allowance
